- Collections
- Customer Credit Management
- Customer Invoicing
- Assist with maintaining and updating customer files
- Assist with customer collections and payables as needed
- Reconciliation of customer issues, returns, sales
- Weekly sales tracking
- Ad hoc reporting as necessary
- Prior knowledge of Business Central software is a plus.
- 2-year degree relevant to the position is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a part of an accounting team with Receivables, Collections, and Payables.
- Experience with manufacturing and inventory is a bonus.
- Ability to multi-task and function in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work in a team and as an individual, and maintain respectful relationships with co-workers
- Financial integrity beyond reproach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills – pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.
