Metaformers is Hiring an Oracle Cloud HCM Specialists -US (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management) Near Reston, VA
Immediate opportunity for a Senior/Lead level SME Cloud HCM consultant for our team. We work in public sector (state and local), Healthcare and Higher Education. Consultant must have some prior project experience for our public sector clients.
Lead role reporting to our HCM Director. Our clients are US based and consultant must be US based and flexible to travel full-time, hybrid or remote depending on client contract requirements.
This resource is responsible for leading clients through all phases of a Cloud HCM Payroll implementation. This resource will be responsible for implementing multiple subjects areas within the HCM Cloud including: Payroll Cloud Services, Time and Labor Cloud Services and Absence Management.
This resource will be responsible for leading the client through the design, configuration and testing phases and should be fluent in all related business processes and best practices incorporated in the software. This job also requires full documentation of final configurations related to the subject areas assigned as well as development and validation of system test scripts and end user training content.
Can be located anywhere in the US, with ability to travel to meet client needs. Excellent Base Bonus Benefits Package. Consultant must be US based and we cannot offer Visa sponsorship at this time.
