Meta is Hiring a Vice President, Global Business & Product Marketing Near Menlo, CA

Meta is looking to hire a Vice President to lead all business marketing and product marketing across the entire company, touching $120 billion in revenue. The Business and Product Marketing organization drives the inbound product and market understanding and positioning, packaging solutions, narratives, audience and market strategies and activation plans globally across Meta, including Meta for Business and our Ads and Partnerships solutions. The Vice President of Global Business and Product Marketing will help unlock growth for our products, with our marketers, advertisers, and partners through the development and execution of the global product marketing and business marketing strategy and plans. The VP will be responsible for managing a distributed team and will oversee all product marketing and business marketing functions across Global Business and Product Marketing.The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling both global and in-market solutions, that will encompass Meta’s business and product marketing for audiences including advertisers, partners, small businesses, and developers. They will bring product inbound expertise, marketing vision, strategy, and operational leadership at scale as well as experience leading global teams. This individual will bring a passion combining the best of traditional marketing and product marketing practices with the innovative new opportunities that Meta offers to our current and prospective clients. This individual will bring deep expertise across B2B, growth and performance marketing to drive rapid acceleration of Meta’s advertising solutions to scale our business goals.

Vice President, Global Business & Product Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Create measurable marketing that generates revenue
  • Drive change to create a data-driven marketing organization that can demonstrate clear and quantifiable results
  • Lead a high performing, highly collaborative team and inspire leaders across multiple marketing disciplines
  • Conceptualize and implement business and product marketing strategy and plans across multiple business units (Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships)
  • Develop business and product marketing solutions across all programs, communication channels, regions, and functions
  • Accelerate performance marketing and measurement capabilities for marketing function
  • Activate programs at scale through our key global, regional and local channels
  • Identify scaled business and product marketing methods to land key messages and drive adoption of Meta’s marketing solutions across sales, clients, agencies and partnerships and more
  • Prioritize and manage budgets
  • Develop and cultivate cross functional relationships with teams across Meta as well as external partners
  • Lead experiential marketing for the company
  • Ability to act with pace and agility, focusing on longer term goals while optimizing for short term gains in-market

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 15 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience with data-driven marketing to measure and quantify impact of driving business results
  • Experience with product marketing, performance marketing, and B2B marketing
  • Experience leading events/experiential at scale
  • Experience activating Marketing at scale through, and with, sales teams and partners
  • Experience partnering with cross functional partners (e.g., measurement, media, creative)
  • Track record of increasing responsibility and getting maximum leverage out of existing resources
  • Experience developing narratives and experience commanding a room and engaging audiences from a variety of perspectives
  • Proven experience recruiting, developing, managing and leading diverse and high-performing marketing teams
  • Experience in managing a distributed team of 500 full time employees
