Software Engineering Manager - GenAI Media Editing Responsibilities:

• Support a small team of ML engineers eager to fine-tune, train and ship models for product use cases
• Set the technical direction for projects centered around media editing using Generative AI
• Take responsibility of full ML pipeline including training, evaluation, optimization and deployment
• Collaborate with other ML and Research Teams to apply the state-of-the-art approaches and models to our products
• Contribute to a highly collaborative and fun work environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• MSc in Computer Vision or Machine Learning or relevant field
• 10 Years of experience building ML models
• Track record of shipping 0 to 1 projects
• 2 Years of experience managing a team of software engineers / applied research scientists

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Vision or Machine Learning or relevant field
• 3 Years of experience in managing teams of applied research scientists
