Engineering Manager - Compute Platforms HW/SW Co-design Responsibilities:

• Be both technical and an effective people manager capable to lead a team of high caliber engineers
• Develop technical vision, long-term strategy and set direction for the team and the organization
• Grow a strong team of domain experts focused on hardware/software codesign technologies
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional hardware and software engineering teams

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands on experience in one or more of the following technical domains: CPU architecture (x86/ARM/RISC), memory technologies, PCIe, CXL and storage.
• 3 years of experience in managing a technical team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cross functional collaboration with product and platform teams, as well as non-engineering functions.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, full-stack performance analysis of server applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in a management role with experience recruiting, building, structuring, leading technical organizations, including performance management.
