The Director HR Tech Data and Analytics role will report to the Director, HR Tech and lead a cross-functional team responsible for dashboard development across the employee lifecycle, product development, data governance, and full stack HR reporting.This role will partner closely with other People Operations, Applied People Science, People Strategy and Execution, and Engineering teams and stakeholders to scale our ability to provide insights on all aspects of the employee experience including employee attraction and selection, performance, growth, engagement, compensation, diversity, retention and people operations.
