  1. Maintain a network of employers that are hiring.
  2. Ensure that relationships with employers are developed and maintained.
  3. Assist with the establishment and updating of MOU’s with community organizations.
  4. Analyze and report on employment data that can / will be utilized for future recruitment planning within the service area.
  5. Implement a strategic method of securing opportunities with employers and meeting participant employment needs.
  6. Assist with service documentation, data collection and reporting.
