Job Description: As an Expo at Messina Modern Italian Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of service in our restaurant. You will work closely with our kitchen and serving staff to ensure that orders are accurately prepared, plated, and delivered to our guests in a timely manner. Your attention to detail, organization, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and prioritize orders to ensure timely delivery to guests
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate preparation of dishes
• Inspect plates for presentation and quality before they are delivered to guests
• Coordinate with servers to ensure that orders are delivered to the correct tables
• Assist with expediting orders during peak dining hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
