Position Summary
This position will be responsible for phoning outreach to prospective Messiah University students and maintaining accurate call records.
This position requires working at least 5 hours per week. A consistent schedule will be made based on student and call center station availability. Call Center hours are :
Monday Thursday : 3 : 30 PM 9 : 00 PM
Friday : 3 : 30 PM 7 : 00 PM
Experience Preferred Skills, Characteristics Required for Position Must maintain a friendly demeanor over the phone
Must have strong communication skills
Must be detail-oriented
Must be able to multi-task
Must be in good academic standing Dress Code Requirements Clothing must be appropriate to wear to class. Casual dress is clean and neat.
Wearing apparel with any inappropriate printing is unacceptable. Special Working Conditions Admissions and Welcome Center 203-J (Call Center) Background Check Required No Primary Duties 1.
Responsible for phoning outreach to prospective students
2. Must enter succinct and accurate entries into call records
3. Follow-up with Admissions staff as necessary regarding questions / issues raised during phone calls
4. Must maintain consistent and reliable attendance
