Messerli & Kramer is excited to announce that we have an entry level position open in our Accounting Department in our Plymouth office! We are looking for an Accounting Representative that is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about their work. At Messerli & Kramer, Accounting Representatives:

• Identify all incoming mail
• Scan and post payments using our system
• Balance Bank Deposits
• Work with Management to research and correct errors
• Some clerical work
• Other Accounting duties as assigned

Successful Accounting Representatives at Messerli & Kramer have:

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation

Requirements

We require our Accounting Representatives to:

• Have a High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months previous professional working experience
• Pass a background check, credit check, and drug screening

Mandatory overtime may be required on Mondays and last business day of the month due to increased workload volumes.
