Mesa Contracting is currently hiring for a full-time Construction Estimator to assist owner representatives and general contractors in completing accurate building estimates in the Sherwood, OR area. This construction estimating position earns a competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus profit sharing.

DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time construction estimating position typically works 7:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
As an Estimator, you play a crucial role in preparing and organizing financial data for construction projects. You read and analyze plans to prepare comprehensive estimates of labor, equipment, and material costs for jobs. Using your analytical thinking, you handle multiple steps of the bidding process. You use your exceptional computer skills to use estimating software, input cost data, as well as confirm documents and budgets are submitted before the deadlines.
Proactively, you help keep our projects running on time and on budget. You watch for potential complications and accommodate for factors that could affect completion dates and costs. With your strong communication skills, you collaborate with the on-site crew and other teams to keep track of a project's progress. You feel great knowing your hard work keeps our business growing and operating efficiently!
