Mesa Construction Company is a family owned and operated company with 30 years experience in commercial concrete projects in the Greater Cincinnati area.

We are currently seeking a Concrete Foreman to add to our crew.

Concrete Foreman Responsibilities:

· Overseeing all activities pertaining to concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing.

· Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion.

· Consulting blueprints, drawings, and plans to ensure that concrete structures are accurately placed and installed.

· Delegating tasks to concrete laborers/finishers and providing overall guidance.

· Ensuring that formwork are set, supported, and dismantled based on engineering designs and drawings.

Concrete Foreman Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED.

· Finishing concrete (screed, bull float, hand float, etc.)

· Proven experience working as a Concrete Foreman. (5 years experience)

· Driver's license (CDL is a plus).

· The ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent management and leadership skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $52.00 per hour
