We are in need of a highly motivated, detailed-oriented Concrete Finisher who is interested in learning new skills. The successful candidate must be able to deliver quality concrete as well as manage multiple on-going projects. We're looking for a person who is proficient at concrete finishing, and has a strong work ethic and a high level of integrity.

Role Description:
This is a full-time position as a Concrete Finisher located in Fairfield, OH. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for performing concrete finishing tasks, such as smoothing and leveling surfaces, applying sealing compounds.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Concrete Finisher a MUST, at least 3 years experience minimum.
• Knowledge of concrete pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with concrete tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proper work attire required; work boots, long pants.
• Carpentry knowledge and CDL license always a plus.
• We provide all hand tools.
• Interpret blueprints and other technical information to guide the application of finishing materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour
