About The Position

The Merz Apothecary Family of Brands includes our brick & mortar retail store Merz Apothecary, our online store Smallflower.com, several online marketplaces (including Amazon), and KOBO Candles, which is a manufacturing operation.

This position is responsible for supporting the warehouse operations for Merz and Smallflower:

• Picking and fulfilling online orders.
• Preparing orders by pulling materials from the warehouse.
• Packing and preparing boxes for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse maintenance, organization, and housekeeping.

This person will work 20 hours a week, Mon-Fri mornings.

Physical Demands and Abilities

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs; occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs with assistance.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.

Experience and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
• Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
• Dependable and reliable
