ESSTENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Operate the Konami systems to post guest's ratings, pay and transfer markers, void ratings/markers, enter fills/credit, verify pit marker balances.
Create new guests accounts, verify names/addresses, and obtain information for guests and casino operations.
Collect ratings from all pit areas.Maintain pit podiums keeping in clean working order, maintain pit supplies.
Correctly input guest data, using a computer.
Accurately read computer monitor, guest rating cards and reports.
Issue and pay markers and balance accounts at the end of the shift.
Answer the multi-line telephone and provide information as needed.
Interact with team members and guests in a professional and polite manner.
Complete job tasks while sitting, standing or walking (as circumstances warrant) for 100% of the shift.
Aide in stocking, moving, or otherwise organizing equipment and materials used for Casino games, while grasping, lifting, reaching for and carrying materials that weight from 1-50 lbs.
Will perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLSABILITIES:

Any combination of education, training, or experience listed that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Good basic mathematical skills.10 key calculator, computer keyboard experience, alphanumeric filing experience.
Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification.Nevada Gaming Control Board Gaming Work Permit.
Must have strong guest service skills.
Must be comfortable working with technology (computers, printers/scanners, cell phones, etc.)
