Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Busser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their designated tables
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Assist with taking food and beverage orders
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly for the next guests
- Clear tables and reset them promptly after guests leave
- Assist servers with delivering food and drinks to tables
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, windows, and restrooms
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic food service procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
