Role Overview:
We're seeking a courteous and professional Valet Attendant to join our team in Cincinnati. As a Valet Attendant, you'll provide exceptional service to our clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless parking experience and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors upon arrival with warmth and hospitality
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and keys
• Assist clients with loading and unloading belongings from vehicles
• Provide directions and information about nearby attractions and amenities
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the parking area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a valet attendant or in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be based in or near Cincinnati, Ohio
