Position Summary: The General Laborers assist all departments throughout the facility as they fabricate structural steel. This may include material handling, paint prepping, part expediting, grinding, and more. Employees must be able to occasionally lift material weighing as much as 75lbs.

Our Plant Manager, Supervisors, and Leads meet with Human Resources on a weekly basis to talk about ways to improve our shop culture. We even have an Employee Relations Manager whose office is located out in the shop to easily assist employees.

No weekends for either shift.

Pay: $52,132.00 - $63,444.00 per year
