Merrell Bros., Inc. IT Division is seeking applicants who have the interest in gaining experience and the desire to join our extraordinary technical team. We serve all Divisions within the company for their IT requirements. This position would be a temporary summer assignment for a college student interested in learning about Devoted Technology Services, a managed service provider, which is a part of Merrell Bros. at our Corporate Headquarters in Kokomo, Indiana.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for DTS phone calls and requests.
• Scanning physical documents for digital storage.
• Monitor Ticket System for ticket updates and ticket routing.
• Other administrative tasks assigned by the IT Director.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networking, or related field are preferred, not required.
• All-Star verbal and written communication skills with strong focus on detail.
• Experience with IT helpdesk, server or network management a plus!
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to learn.
