Position Summary: Applicants should possess a passion for wine, the ability to multi-task, and a desire to be part of one of Arizona's finest vineyards. This key role will support our FOH team with their knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. This position involves constant guest interaction, so your ability to showcase our hospitality will be of great benefit as well.

Duties: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.

• Retrieves used plates, cups, cutlery, and other utensils at restaurants to the kitchen for washing.
• Wipes down tables and restocks cutlery after a guest has completed their dining experience.
• Assists busy waitstaff by bringing out food or drink orders and by refilling empty water glasses.
• Ensures a table is prepared for the next guest by cleaning up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables, and by straightening out tablecloths or replacing stained ones.
• Refills paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining table.
• Cleans the dining area at the close of day.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
