Meritan, Inc., a Tennessee-based health, human, and social services nonprofit, is seeking a compassionate candidate to join its Home Health team as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Memphis, TN. This regular full time, per visit position is responsible for assisting with daily clinical activities under the direction of a registered nurse. The lower end of the published pay range is the in-office/training rate; visit rates vary from approximately $25-30.

Meritan is ACHC accredited and CAPABLE certified. Our staff of nurses, therapists, aides, social worker and administration are a group of outstanding experienced, long-term employees. Meritan has served the Memphis and Shelby County areas for decades and continues to work through the healthcare crisis with appropriate infection control measures and personal protective equipment. This position is currently offering a $3000 sign-on bonus!

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as a part of our team

• Organization and time management skills

• Wound care experience, preferred

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and a reliable vehicle

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience.
