Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Raw Chicken Unloader
Location: Wilmington, NC.
Shift: 6:00 AM - Finish (Flexible hours may be required based on operational needs)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated person to join our team in the vital role of Warehouse Associate. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for unloading raw chicken in a cooler environment (35 degrees). This position demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting.
Responsibilities:
- Unload raw chicken products from incoming shipments.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw chicken in the designated cooler area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily unloading targets.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a cooler environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to regular attendance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
