Senior Property Accountant - Well Known Real Estate Developer

Overview of the Senior Property Accountant role:
- Assist with cash management, liquidity forecasts and prepare monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
- Assist with delinquent tenant accounts
- Assist with monthly close
- Assist with preparing lender/owner financial statements
- Provide property management support
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Property Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
- MRI preferred
- 3 years' accounting experience with an emphasis on commercial real estate
- Understanding of GAAP Accounting
