Let’s work together to succeed together! Relevant industry experience in some of the following areas (more is better) is a good start:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment
• Train employees, identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed
• Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customers' needs
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software related problems
• Perform system backups and recovery
• Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Some experience in the following areas will serve you greatly in this role:

• Broad knowledge base spanning networking and servers (infrastructure)
• User-based technical support on all Windows and Mac operating systems
• Mobile device management, primarily iOS devices
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016
• SAN and VMWare administration
• Networking/Security
• Meraki Firewalls
• Enterprise Wireless
• Routing and switching
• VoIP
• Experience with CDK Global is a plus

Work Schedule/Travel - Shifts for this role will be scheduled between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. In addition to the normal work shifts, you must periodically be able to work on-call, after-hours, and holidays. This role will be in South Bay (Long Beach). We value both education and experience equally - While your formal degree, and certifications, would contribute to your success in this role, we also find tremendous value in skills and knowledge gained through in depth, real-world experience in a related field.
