Job Summary:

As part of Meridian Cooperative’s Implementation Services organization, the ideal candidate is a customer oriented, self-motivated and intellectually curious team member who uses subject matter expertise to independently configure utility accounting business processes on a customer-by-customer basis for proprietary utility accounting software platform.

• The Implementation Specialist is responsible for working with team members and customers to complete all aspects of the Implementation life cycle from discovery, business process configuration, testing, deployment, documentation and customer support.
• The Implementation Specialist must have the ability to perform analysis to identify, troubleshoot, research and resolve issues during the implementation life cycle.
• Uses organizational tools effectively along with sound judgement to make reasonable assumptions and decisions.
• Trains and mentors level I and other level II Implementation Specialists.
• Demonstrates a passion for excellent customer service with both internal and external customers, which includes cross functional teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Communicates effectively both verbally and nonverbally between internal/external customers.
• Ability to present technical information both verbally and nonverbally to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to extract and analyze data within Oracle Databases utilizing SQL.
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.
• Represent the company at conferences and networking events.
• Adheres to all Meridian Cooperative corporate policies and procedures.
• Travel as required.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
