Where Dreams and Opportunities Align Join our Case Management team as a Case Aide within our Social Work Department MERIDIAN SERVICES provides person centered services to people with intellectual disabilities in a variety of settings, including Residential (group home services), In Home Services / semi-independent living assistance, vocational services, case management and other supportive programs.
Meridian Services was established in 1980 working with SILS persons. Today, we have 30 group homes, 220 In Home / SILS persons, and 120 Case Managers with our company in Minnesota.

Schedule : Monday-Friday Daytime hours. Opportunity to work from home 2 days a week after 6 months employment. Wage : $20 per hour Overall Summary This position will provide clerical support to the Case Management Department, approximately 120 Case Managers, who work with several metro counties and managed care organizations.
Duties include data entry, MMIS entry, Care Director client information entry, filing, courier services, providing clerical support data entry, filing, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, maintaining phone system, overall office maintenance and support, including daily office straightening up, and other special projects as assigned. Requirements
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Extremely Detail Oriented
- Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Successful clearance from DHS background study
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record determined by Meridian Services policy.
- Current vehicle insurance.
- Experience working in a social service or nonprofit environment preferred
