MERIDIAN SERVICES provides person centered services to people with Mental Illness, intellectual and physical disabilities in a variety of settings, including Residential Services, In-Home Services/semi-independent living assistance, and vocational services. Include, but not limited to, managing schedules on Shiftboard Software, supporting the scheduling email account, contacting staff about picking up or changing their schedules, answering Direct Support Professional questions, troubleshooting scheduling issues, complete administrative tasks associated with supporting of the programs and additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Must have experience working with computers, specifically Microsoft Office products.
• Must be detail-oriented, have analytical skills, great customer service, and be calm under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Must document well, be well-organized and good at follow through.
• Have an acceptable driving record as determined by Meridian Services policy.
• Successful clearance from a DHS Background Study
