MERIDIAN SERVICES provides person centered services to people with intellectual disabilities in a variety of settings, including Residential (group home services), In Home Services/ semi-independent living assistance, vocational services, case management and other supportive programs. Meridian Services was established in 1980 working with SILS persons. Today, we have 30 group homes, 220 In Home/SILS persons, and 120 Case Managers with our company in Minnesota. Schedule:Asleep overnights 7on/ 7off (Wednesday pm- Wednesday am) 9p-9a.

Wage: $17/hour for awake hours

$10.59/hour for asleep hours

We’re looking for caring and experienced direct support professional to work with individuals’ intellectual disabilities and medical needs in their home in Buffalo, MN This home supports four young adults on different aspects of their daily living. Staff do assist with personal cares (including bathing) and lifts/transfers. Staff are trained on various medical protocols and administer medications to our persons served. The women at the home enjoy going out and about in the community and doing crafts/listening to music/watching movies at home.

As a direct support professional, you will be a part of helping people work on outcomes/goals to gain independence and lifelong skills. Our ideal candidate must have experience working with autism or intellectual disabilities, experience with positive behavioral management programming and experience with physical and verbal aggressions.
