Meridian Services Group is hiring an accounts receivable specialist to join our corporate office in Greensboro, Georgia. This position will work with a team to support payroll and invoicing along with running reports to maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Apply accounting principles, regulations, and policies to all work duties
• Assist with regular account reconciliations
• Create bi weekly invoices
• Run biweekly payroll using QuickBooks
• Maintain, verify, and update ledgers
• Help provide and prepare information for reports in a timely manner
• Keep sensitive information confidential

Qualifications
- Proficient in Accounting software such as QuickBooks and Quicken
- Experience in account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with payroll management and tax experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
