LPN Shift Time: 7am- 3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

LPN Must work every other weekend Saturday and Sunday! 

LPN Requirements

• ·Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• ·Current CPR certification
• ·Ability to lift, push, pull, and support a minimum of 80 pounds
• ·Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing and walking
• ·Active NYS LPN license
• ·COVID-19 Vaccination**
• ·Negative TB test results
• ·Annual physical examination

LPN Responsibilities

• ·Admitting, discharging, and transferring patients
• ·Monitoring and reporting vital signs
• ·Administering medications as prescribed and reporting any adverse reactions
• ·Assisting with wound care and collecting samples
• ·Maintaining effective communication with patients and their families
• ·Accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• ·Restocking supplies, medications, and equipment
• ·Collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
