Loan Officer (Business Loans/Investments)
Responsible for assisting loan/investment applicants navigate the approval and closing process. Duties include determining the financing product, structure, terms, applicant’s credit worthiness, financing risks and recommend approval or declination of the request. Due to the nature of our clients, it is expected that you will advise, counsel, and assist them whenever possible. Required to prepare and make presentation of financing recommendations to loan committees. Adhere to company policy guidelines and providing any necessary reports.
