Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our construction team. As a Carpenter/Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects, including masonry work, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, and flooring installation. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate power tools.

Duties:
- Assist with the construction and renovation of residential properties
- Perform minor masonry and concrete work such as footing.
- Install cabinets and complete trim carpentry tasks
- Minor framing and deck work.
- Estimate materials lists for projects
- Restore and repair damaged structures or fixtures
- Project clean up daily.
- Assist with flooring installation, including tile, hardwood, and laminate

Skills:
- Strong carpentry skills, cabinet installation, trim carpentry, and flooring installation
- Ability to understand project plans and specifications.
- Proficient in using power tools and other construction equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
