We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including tenant and maintenance requests.

*Person in this role will have to work some Saturdays*

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Assigned Regional Property Manager
  • Work with Director of Leasing, Regional PM’s, and Leasing Agents to review applications
  • Educate tenants during move-in on property policies
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Ensure property meets budgeted occupancy
  • Ensure rents are collected and minimize late payments
  • Ensure property is always very well maintained
  • Supervise and train property staff
  • Enforce property rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Appfolio experience a plus
