Position Purpose:

Plans, instructs, and promotes fitness classes.

What you will Do:

• Plans fitness class content: Develops choreography according to industry guidelines.
• Instructs fitness classes.
• Works as a team player to support and promote wellness services.
• Adheres to all safety, infection control and employee health policies and procedures.

Hours/Schedule:

.001 FTE; PRN as needed as available; will teach 60-minute classes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1-year experience teaching fitness classes or work with facilitator 3 months prior to hiring.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS)
• Intermediate language, basic math, basic reasoning ability.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to build positive relationships.
