Program Manager – Intelligence Studies

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Intelligence Studies department within the School of Intelligence, Computing, & Global
Politics at Mercyhurst University is looking to expand its staff.

This applied program welcomes applicants from a variety of backgrounds who have experience
in Academia, Intelligence, Distance Learning, Strategic Planning, or related fields and are
capable of project management - from ideation to execution.

Prior experience working with intelligence professionals is highly recommended, but not
required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Further define and facilitate the develop and execution of graduate programming and

• Provide tactical and strategic plans for recruitment, advising, and manage professional

• Develop graduate course and professional services scheduling and logistics.
• Onboard new adjunct faculty.
• Foster engagement between online faculty and online students.
• Facilitate expert conversations.
• Establish program metrics.
• Assist in student mentoring through the development of employment and student

QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires a Master’s Degree with 3 years of related work experience.
