Exciting New Incentives:

Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20,000 for a lifetime maximum. 

Overview:

Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care in the respiratory care department. Serves as a clinical resource to staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff member in the department as needed. Performs direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory therapy according to physicians' orders. Assumes managerial duties delegated by the Supervisor, Manager and/or Director. Assess and evaluates employees responsibilities in a manner consistent with Corporate Values. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate from an Accredited College Program in Respiratory Care.

• Licensure: Must have a current license in the State of Missouri.

• Experience: One year as a respiratory therapist in a hospital setting.

• Certifications: Registered as a therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care (RRT). BLS. Must be current in ACLS for Adult areas and NRP/PALS if working Neonatal/Pediatric areas
