Overview:

Manages patient safety operating systems and applications to ensure availability, performance, integrity and supportability through configuration, production support and maintenance of systems, as well as development and implementation of system enhancements.Production Support: monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and providing advanced customer supportDeployment / Implementation: planning and executing the implementation of new applications or system integration and testingDesign: researching, recommending and designing new configurations and enhancements to patient safety systems; providing consulting advice and training to customers on system capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Two (2) years of relevant technical and/or clinical experience
  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in technical, healthcare, or related field
  • Other: Ability to work in a complex technical environment. Ability to understand and apply fundamental concepts of IT. Ability to quickly identify and efficiently resolve system problems/challenges. Ability to understand the implications the technology has on stakeholders. Communication skills that foster and maintain right relationships. Project management and resource estimation skills. MS Office Suite proficiency. General understanding of clinical concepts and terminology. Familiarity and proficiency in SharePoint web site development and Microsoft Apps including Power BI is preferred.
