This group is powered by 2 Physicians, 2 Advanced Practitioners, and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.

This Opportunity Offers:

• Shifts will be Day Shift
• Full-time position
• Would be a 3 week rotation of 2 weeks of clinic and 1 week of hospital based work. Clinic involves Virtual Visits at times.
• No Call Requirement at this time.
• System-wide Epic EMR
