Overview:
Provides functional oversight to all EVS co-workers. Plans work flow and directs shift activities. Responds to calls from all departments of Mercy Hospital - St. Louis. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or GED equalivelant required.
Experience: 5 years supervisor experience in a health care setting preferably.
Other: Ability to read and understand basic instructions. Is organized, self-motivated and has the ability to communicate directions in a clear concise manner. Must be computer proficient with generating schedules, time keeping, floor care experience, and must be service oriented and able to anticipate the needs of others and respond appropriately.
Preferred Experience: Minimum of one year previous work experience in a leadership role is preferred.
Preferred Education: Associates Degree or equivalent.
