Overview:

Accountable for housekeeping processes and performance in the hospital, medical office building, and other facilities on campus (limited accountability in parking garages). Accountable for soiled linen collection, refuse management, and infection control. Serves as the department representative on the Infection Control Committee.

Qualifications:

• MINIMUM REQUIRED: 
• Education:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • Two to three years of management experience.
• Other skills & knowledge:
  • Ability to lead and manage efficiently and effectively in a diverse and demanding environment with focus on client customer needs and consistent housekeeping excellence.
  • Must be able to effectively plan, organize, direct, control, assess, and follow up as well as possess excellent communications skills - listening, speaking, writing.
• PREFERRED: 
• Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
