Overview:
- This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department.
- A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position.
- The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Other: Skills, knowledge and abilities: Excellent integrity Takes initiative Good moral character.
- Basic Math Skills Time Management Skills Great interpersonal skills Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer
- Also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
- Preferred Education: High school diploma or its equivalent.
