• Complete work orders at the direction of the Supervisor or Dispatcher with the ability to work with little or no assistance from other staff members if required.
• Able to communicate with customers, informing of the status of work orders and issues pertaining to their respective departments.
• Complete preventive maintenance procedures accurately and timely in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines and regulations.
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of mechanical/building systems to ensure the ability to resolve issues.
• Must be proficient with computer maintenance programs.
• Have general working knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and automated control systems found in a large Hospital system.
