Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Responsible for performing a variety of compounding preparing resupplying and labeling of medications under the direct supervision of the pharmacist. Also responsible for performing a variety of clerical functions including:answering the phone waiting on customers filing orders billing computer operating readying medications for delivery and other related duties.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• CA Registered Pharmacy Technician
• One year experience working in a hospital or retail pharmacy
• Must have the ability to read write and speak English
• Computer skills with office automation required
• Must be able to float to Mercy Hospital
