The Security Manager will be responsible for the security of all patients, staff, volunteers, visitors, and other constituents while on-site at facilities within The Marcum and Wallce.Manages the security department staff.The Manager informs the Executive Director of Support Services of activities involving security issues.The Security Manager acts as an advisor and consultant to the Executive Director of Support Servicesregarding all security matters.The Security Manager will be responsible for making security decisions in conjunction with the Executive Director of Support Services

• Information analysis, data processing, preparing reports, tracking inspection programs.
• Preparing department schedules
• Dispatching, response, service related functions, etc….
• Preparing , and conducting training courses, developing and conducting drill and exercise scenarios and traking the drill program.
• Participates in organization wide committees representing the Safety and Security program
• Proactive deterence/patrol work/walking spaces/providing direct observation and evaluation of staff
• Analysis of information from internal and external sources.
• Interface and act as department liaison with law enforcement, emergency management and other outside agencies.

Required Minimum Education:

High School Diploma

Required: Certification -NAPPI

Minimum Years and Type of Experience:10 years security/ law enforcement/ related military experience.
