Job Summary:
Provides leadership for planning, management, implementation, integration and coordination of the nursing departments in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, quality, patient safety, patient flow, effective leadership, and financial stability.Supports the delivery of the high quality cost effective patient care through activities based on facility strategic goals and objectives.
Essential Functions:
5-7 years general nursing experience, 2-4 years management, knowledge of quality improvement concepts, assumes responsibility for continued personal and professional growth, displays flexibility; sees new problems as reliable learning opportunities and enjoys the challenge of new tasks, good communicator, team player.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education: BSN
Licensure: Current in KY
Certification(s):BLS, ACLS
Experience: RN with 2-4 years management experience
