ResponsibilitiesAs our Nutrition Assistant, you will interact daily with patients, families, visitors, and staff. You understand that most guests at our facility dine with us for a reason, and take great pride in giving them one less thing to worry about.
Every day, you will provide nutritious food to patients, families, visitors, and staff to help promote their health and healing. You will follow the standards, regulations, guidelines, and procedures for the healthcare food service industry, which includes monitoring and maintaining food temperatures during cooking, holding, and storage processes. You will collaborate with the facility staff to ensure optimal nutritional care in all healthcare food service operations while demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff.
