Position provides support to Merchants FleetShare clients, vendors and internal product managers. With a focus on delivering superior customer service with expertise and emphasis in support of the products assigned.

What your day will look like immersed in our Growing culture:

• Serve as primary contact for assigned FleetShare locations
• Build relationships with key strategic accounts to ensure success and future growth of program
• Manage daily, weekly, monthly usage in a defined territory to increase utilization and income.
• Facilitate maintenance, repair, inspections, registrations, and related needs of FleetShare vehicles within a defined territory by monitoring unit mileage, user notifications, and managing relationship with service venders
• Serve as subject matter expert within FleetShare and possess strong knowledge of all Mobility Services, with ability to share consultative information with clients
• Create and provide KPI reporting internally within Merchants and externally to business partners when scheduled or by request
• Facilitate transport of FleetShare vehicles.
• Work with administration on ensuring Billing is current & timely, A/R is current and with any assistance administration needs
• Partner and collaborate with cross-departmental team members within Maintenance, Logistics, Billing, and IT.
• Additional projects as assigned

The Expertise you bring to Merchants:

• Fleet Management Account Management experience
• 2 years of experience in product management or product development
• Proven experience in managing to deadlines and providing feedback to team on trends and customer challenges

The Skills YOU have:

• Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills
• Exceptional use and management of FleetShare fleet management systems
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with ability to learn and utilize company software
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, project management and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with telematics software a plus

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required
