Overview

• Supervises day to day loading efforts and troubleshoots issues to exceed the highest Quality Standards in the industry for Inland and Ocean carriers .
• Oversees input of all Compliance related tasks, unique to each individual Country.
• Organizes and submits all routed orders to the appropriate parties

Responsibilities

• Organizes loads which will fill trailers to capacity without sacrificing customer service and which will reduce company operating expenses.
• Communicates with Commercial Accounts service personnel and sales representatives to satisfy customer requests.
• Provides supervision and training with regards to Compliance, Load Quality and Load Fill etc.
• Coordinates with warehouse personnel on appropriate flow of work.
• Provides necessary documents to Commercial Accounts Reps in accordance with the timelines required
• Works closely with Compliance/Logistics Manager, Sales reps and Account Reps to manage loadings in accordance with schedule of events. Communicate any changes to those involved.
• Serves as liaison between Commercial Accounts Dept, Warehouse and Outside Carriers
• Coordinates the data input necessary for all compliance related tasks, including USDA, AMS, NCDAG, COC
• Compiles orders to submit for routing

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Sense of urgency and ability to make quick decisions
• Familiar with Loading Trailers and Containers
• Understand Compliance Concerns
