Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the movement of freight and shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Utilize transportation management system TMW to optimize load planning
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time performance
- Collaborate with warehouse and shipping/receiving teams to coordinate loading and unloading activities
- Maintain accurate records of shipment details, including weight, dimensions, and special requirements
- Perform data entry tasks to update shipment information in the system
- Assist with fleet management activities, including driver scheduling and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in load planning or transportation management preferred
- Proficiency in using transportation management system TMW.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with carriers, drivers, and internal teams
- Familiarity with phone systems for coordinating logistics activities
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and procedures
- Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience working with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers is a plus
