This position will have you doing the following among other things:

• Limited Scope Engagements: Representing clients in different industries attempting to solve their problems pre-suit by: reviewing their documents; developing one or more strategy options; drafting very customized and lengthy attorney demand letters; negotiating on behalf of clients; and drafting settlement agreements; and

• Litigation / Arbitration of Cases: Handling client cases through the Civil Litigation / Arbitration process, from preparing and filing suit, through the discovery phase, through hearings and, in some cases, trial.

Qualifications:

• Seeking 4 to 10 years practice experience in the area of Florida Civil Litigation
• Juris Doctor and admitted to practice law in Florida state courts
• Excellent written communication skills with a solid handle on detailed & persuasive legal writing.
• Ability to take a client's objective, develop unique & effective strategy options to present to our team and share with client, and implement the chosen strategy through persuasive writing, negotiation, and advocacy involving the adverse party, etc.
